Our handcrafted, small batch dry cured bacon brand uses local, consciously sourced pork.

We use minimal, all natural ingredients for maximum flavour using free range, humanely raised pork. Spades bacon is hand rubbed, dry cured for seven days, then old-fashioned smoked using real wood hickory smoke. No water, no nitrates.
